Greensborough proposes seven commercial atelier tenancies located on a busy road intersection. The façade is segmented to define the tenancies as individual components, and the layered block work acts as a screen from street traffic, shielding the glazing from direct sun exposure and as a dynamic façade encouraging plantings to take hold to encapsulate the face and allowing the structure to become part of the landscape.

The space challenges the conventional work environment through its split-level design, connection to outdoor space, and enhanced amenities with daylight and ventilation.
