Sofitel Melbourne On Collins required the delivery of a flexible staff facility that contributes positively to their staff wellbeing. The internalised condition, unique envelope and ambitious brief saw the proposal of an adaptable space that flexes to the multiple functions; including a cafeteria, function room, and staff lounge; along with the demands of a high volume of staff use each day.

The requirement for functionality was paired with a scheme that changes the mood and intimacy of the spaces and is proposed to be finished at a standard that can be visited by external guests.
