The refurbishment of this early 2000s residence in Brighton, sought to unite each space by drawing on the tones of the dwelling while enhancing light and functionality. The textural play calls to the natural travertine and timbers retained in the project, while soft edges acknowledge the curvilinear spine originally set into the angular plan.
Proposing a rejuvenated kitchen, master ensuite, family bathrooms, villa fit-out, and the insertion of a new cellar, the form and materiality respond sensitively to the original design while providing enhanced contemporary amenities to its occupants.
