Perched on the hillside, Canadian Bay Road is a medium scale subdivision project with four detached homes. The rational plans express its connection to the regional landscape, while the reverse skillion roofs echo the modernist suburban bush homes common to the area.

On approach, the homes resume a low set scale in their setting and take advantage of the topography by nestling into the slope, resulting in living and sleeping areas that benefit from its location.
